Terms and Conditions of 865bet – Rules and User Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration

Your 865bet account is personal and non-transferable. Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the platform. 5. Deposits

Live betting (in-play): For live events, data is provided in real time and transmission delays may occur. 865bet reserves the right to void live bets accepted under an obvious odds error or in the event of a proven technical failure in the transmission of event data.

Cash-out: The early bet settlement feature (cash-out) is available for eligible selections and may be partial or full. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on the event's current odds and may differ from the original amount wagered. 865bet may suspend cash-out during critical moments of the event (goals, penalties, VAR) while odds are being updated.

11. Account Closure
